Dan John Store Visit
Quick guide

How the system works

A store-visit management app: an area manager visits a store, runs a structured audit, and the system computes a score and creates corrective actions.

Your role: Area Manager — only your stores

How to navigate

On mobile — open the menu with the ☰ button at the top left. On desktop the menu is always open on the side. There are four main pages:

Dashboard

Open

The overall snapshot: how many stores, how many visits, average scores, open actions, and the weakest stores. Everything starts here.

  • Filters at the top to pick period/store
  • Tabs: Overview / Coverage / Performance / Actions / Visits

Stores

Open

The store list with code, city, channel and the responsible area manager. Retail managers can add and edit stores.

  • Click a store to see details
  • 'Add store' button opens a new store form

Visits

Open

All completed visits. Each visit shows a score and rating. Click a visit to open the full report.

  • Click a row to open the report
  • 'Compile a visit' button opens the new-visit wizard

Actions

Open

Corrective actions generated from visits. Open / Closed tabs. Mark as closed once the issue is fixed.

  • Open tab to see what to fix
  • Button to open/close each action

The main flow: how to run a visit

  1. 1
    Start a new visit

In the menu tap 'New visit', or on the Visits page tap 'Compile a visit'.

  2. 2
    Fill visit details

Store, date, times, visit type, traffic, staff present.

  3. 3
Go through 7 sections (101 questions)

For each question pick an answer, add notes and photos. The score updates live at the top.

  4. 4
    Summary and corrective actions

See the score and rating. For each issue you can open a corrective action with a due date.

  5. 5
    Submit

Tap Submit — the visit is saved, the score is set, a summary email is sent, and you land on the full report.
